About the Tweed Run

The Tweed Run is a metropolitan bicycle ride with a bit of style. We take to the streets in our well-pressed best, and cycle through the city's iconic landmarks. Along the way, we stop for a tea break and a picnic stop, and we usually end with a bit of a jolly knees-up.
The next Tweed Run will be on: Saturday 27th April 2024
The next release of tickets are now on sale. We do hope you can join us.
The Order of the Day
Morning Muster: We convene at the beginning of the day in a yet-to-be-disclosed corner of London. There’s live music to jive to, breakfast sandwiches to devour, and tea to sip. A bugle call, a flutter of flags, and voilà – the spectacle begins.
The Parade: Envision a convoy of the most stylish cyclists – tweed as far as the eye can see, pedalling past London’s iconic landmarks. A rolling celebration of style and camaraderie, capturing the imagination of onlookers citywide.
The Ride: A journey that's never the same route twice. We showcase the unseen and the iconic parts of London, all from the best seat in the house – your saddle.
Picnics and Tea Stop: Midway, we transform a quaint square into our own little fête. It’s a chance to hobnob with your fellow peddlers, critique couture, and take in the velo-scene.
Fashion and Bicycles: Bring your bicycle, whatever its pedigree. Previous runs have seen everything from tandem bikes to Penny Farthings, paired with the sharpest tailoring and the boldest of tweeds. Inspiration? Think Claudia Winkleman in the Traitor, Guy Ritchie’s 'The Gentleman', and Chanel’s Manchester runway.
The Grand Finale: Our day concludes in a picturesque park, Bourne & Hollingsworth cocktail in hand, with live music and your fellow riders. Awards, cocktails, and a garden party. It’s the perfect curtain call to a day of pedal-powered elegance.
